We &quot;come across&quot; information in so many ways now, on the social web, whether we are active participants in social media or not.  A mention, an opinion, an example - all act to educate us on what a company does and/or is good at.  Every piece of this education moves the bar higher for the sales rep, as they need to add value over and above this basic education.</description>
